NO TRAVEL WITH DONGBU TOUR & TRAVEL INC

제가 아는 분이 지난 6월 하순경 뉴욕에 있는 동부관광을 통해 워싱턴, 나이아가라폭포, 뉴욕, 보스턴 여행을 하셨습니다. 그런데 불량 가이드, 불량 버스로 여행내내 힘든 고통을 겪으셨다고 합니다. 제공한 버스가 노후할 뿐만 아니라 정비불량, 청소불량으로 아주 더러웠다고 하네요.

버스내 손님들은 시정요구서를 작성하여 보상처리를 요구하였으나 업체는 거절했다고 하네요.

심지어 그 버스에는 동부관광을 비록하여 다른 관광사도 있었는데 다른 관광사는 보상처리를 한다고 한다고 하네요. 근데 유독 동부관광만 고객들의 소리에 귀를 기울이지 않는다고 합니다.

그러니 미국 동부 여행 계획이 있으신 분들은 동부관광 이용하지 않으셨으면 합니다. ㅎㅎ

정말 안 좋대요....ㅠㅠ

My friend went to New York, Niagara, Boston, and Washington D.C. But he got a lot of trouble with tour bus and air conditioner problem as well as unqualified tour guide.

After travel, He ask to refund to Dongbu Tour, but they refused, even though other travel agency did. This tour was consisted of a few agencies.

He tried to keep claim to Dongbu Tour, but they never listened to customer's pain and voice.

So I want to share this information for people who have some travel through Dongbu Tour.

I will attached some bad contion's air conditioner picture.

If you are planning to go to Yellowstone National park, This planning kit is a good informaion to you before going there. This is free, but It takes some time approximately three weeks to get in your hand. So you have to request this kit at least three weeks earlier before departure.

Old Faithful Geyser

Discovered in 1870 by the Washburn Expedition, Old Faithful geyser was named for its frequent eruptions — which number more than a million since Yellowstone became the world’s first national park in 1872. Old Faithful erupts about every 92 minutes, shooting water 135 feet into the air on average. Like most of theYellowstone's geysers, Old Faithful gets its water from deep inside the earth. Snow and rainwater reach depths of about 10,000 feet below the ground, where it is heated by magma and forced back up through the surface.

Castle Geyser
Castle Geyser is attracts a crowd because of its energy. 15 minutes into an eruption, Castle goes into a raucous steam phase that roars like a train. Erupting every 11-13 hours, Castle shoots water 70-80 feet into the air from one of the largest cones in the Upper Geyser Basin — over 30 feet tall.

Riverside Geyser
Riverside Geyser is unique because it erupts over a river — literally. Every six hours, Riverside shoots water about 80 feet into the air at a 60-degree angle across the Firehole River. Each eruption lasts about 20 minutes.
